That’s the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency. Simply put, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels. C:68X® Carbon Fiber Technology Combining all the expertise from carbon frame building into the ultimate material, C:68X® carbon uses the optimum blend of fibre and nano particle-infused resin. Precision Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing means Cube can avoid bonded sleeves or inserts, too. It’s the new benchmark for light, stiff and strong. Advanced internal cable routing Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? Cube came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive. To make the most of the weight saving, Cube has integrated the new battery fully into the down tube. This means Cube can position it optimally for the best weight distribution and handling, as well as saving more weight by building a down tube that’s precisely the right size to fit, and without the need for an access hatch. And the Power More option means you can add an additional 250Wh battery quickly and simply, for extra range. It’s the best of both worlds.
