How fast is delivery?
In-stock items are delivered within 1–3 business days via Omniva, DPD or courier. Bikes are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes — within 30 days you can return or exchange an unused item in its original packaging. Size exchanges for footwear and clothing are free.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — at checkout you can pay with ESTO or Inbank: split the purchase into 3 or 6 interest-free parts, or choose hire purchase for a longer term. No down payment, decision in a couple of minutes. More about financing
How do I book a bike or ski service?
You can book a service online or by calling any of our stores. During the season we recommend booking 3–5 days in advance.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Of course — choose “Pick up in store” and we'll have your order ready the same day. In-store pickup is always free.
