There’s a lot more to the CUBE Nuroad Hybrid C:62 SLX than its light, tough and beautifully sculpted C:62® carbon frame and full carbon fork. For starters, CUBE has fitted Bosch’s new lightweight SX drive unit and a 400 Wh battery, which together deliver up to 55 Nm of torque as well as a significant weight saving. For longer days out the frame is PowerMore-ready for an extra 250 Wh of energy – and rack mounts front and rear give you the option of carrying everything you need with you.

Form meets function in the elegant shape of the Nuroad Hybrid C:62’s carbon frame. Sure, it’s a great looker, with a clean profile and organic curves. But we haven’t forgotten practicality, like incorporating clearance for tyres up to 50mm even with mudguards fitted. Or carrier mounting points at the rear and on the full carbon fork, for maximum bikepacking versatility. The Bosch drive system’s control unit is incorporated into the top tube, with a mini handlebar remote, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a +250Wh battery booster pack. The seat clamp is hidden, there’s a direct mount lightweight chain guide, a flat mount kickstand interface, Boost rear end and UDH derailleur hanger. We reckon we’ve ticked all the boxes. Over to you…
