Basically, it lets moisture inside escape while no exterior moisture gets in. Cute details: the inside placket to keep in the warmth, and the lift pass backet plus zippered backets keep your belongings safe. For safety reasons, the PRTKEA JR does not have a drawstring hood in sizes 104-128.
